After years of living and working in the Cedar Valley, Cody saw an opportunity and a need for his unique skill set as an Architect. He founded Cedar River Renaissance in 2022, with a mission to revitalize areas at the heart of the community.

As a talented designer and dedicated community member, he utilizes creative design solutions, local partnerships, and hard work to positively impact neighborhoods through innovative and intentional projects.
